| Delivery statement by La Kira |

|
1 Orders:
1.1 Orders upon € 100,-, £ 100,- or $ 150.- are free of delivery costs when delivery address is outside of the Netherlands. National shipping is free for orders upon € 40,-, £ 40,- or $ 75.-.
1.2 If chosen for cash on delivery (only dutch addresses) the additional costs for this shipping method will still be charged.
2 Payments:
2.1 La Kira accepts for payments:
Payment in advance
iDeal (only dutch banks)
Cash on Delivery (only dutch addresses)
2.2 When a package cannot be delivered and at the end it is been send back to us, you will be charged for the costs of sending back.
2.3 Deliveries will be send at once when possible. This could mean we will hold the package until all items are there for delivery. We will keep you informed ofcourse.
2.4 Back-orders are notified at the invoice. You will not be charged for delivery costs for back-orders.
3 Shipping costs for international delivery
3.1 You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on this site as specified on your order confirmation. You will be contacted after you confirmated your order to inform you about the shipping costs. These costs will be added to your order.
4 Return and refund
4.1 When receiving a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Non-damaged products must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please do not return these products without contacting us first by e-mail.
4.2 If you are returning something because we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment, we will select the best return shipping process and provide a credit-note to cover the cost. We will then refund your original payment once we have received the items.
4.3 If you decide to return something for any reason other than defined in 4.1 or 4.2, we will not reimburse any shipping costs. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by La Kira within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. When the original product packaging is too damaged to sell the product again, costs for a new packaging will be charged.
4.4 Product which cannot be returned of refunded will have a mark at the invoice.
4.5 Special orders, products we normally do not have in stock, personalized items or large orders are not item to return.
5 Other declarations
